Adriana Robles, an experienced executive in the field of strategic human resources; with over 10 years of experience, has been working for multinational companies like Eastman Kodak Co, C&A and TRW/ Datacredit.
Adriana holds an Industrial Relations major by ITESO. She has gained extensive expertise in the areas of employee satisfaction, communication and retention programs, staffing and selection, as well as training and development.
Her work has included industries in the manufacturing, retail and finance sectors; Adriana has consistently improved operations, union and employee satisfaction and ultimately, company performance.
Adriana is passionate about people and the effect that good practices have on them. She will help you to design the right tools, saving you time and money.
Eliseo Robles
Senior International Consultant
With more than twenty years in the heavy manufacturing industry, Eliseo's experience includes a variety of engineering and operations management roles. His career has led him to specialize increasingly in the manufacturing and human resources area in Latin America and US.
Eliseo has gained extensive expertise in the areas of planning and execution, manufacturing, union relations, communication and retention programs.
He holds an Industrial Engineering major from ITESO; an IMD Executive Senior Management Program in Laussane Switzerland; degree from Michigan Business School Ann Arbor and is graduated from IPADE Mexico Management Program.
Eliseo has strong experience in steel and cement Industry, working as a Plant Manager in the US and Mexico. He is a hands on Director, interested in increasing skills and knowledge with the use of key processes and tools that optimize HR practices and overall empower people.
